de aprendizaje supervisado no param\u00e9trico. Adem\u00e1s de la clasificaci\u00f3n con datos objetivo continuos, tambi\u00e9n encontramos a menudo casos con datos objetivo discretos llamados regresi\u00f3n. En regresi\u00f3n, la forma m\u00e1s sencilla puede ser utilizar la regresi\u00f3n lineal para resolver este caso. Este m\u00e9todo es similar a <a href=\"https:\/\/complex-systems-ai.com\/es\/teoria-del-lenguaje\/minimizacion-dun-afd\/\">minimizaci\u00f3n<\/a> m\u00ednimos cuadrados en un <a href=\"https:\/\/complex-systems-ai.com\/es\/ayuda-con-la-decision\/modelado-lineal\/\">Modelo lineal<\/a>. Las divisiones se eligen para minimizar la suma residual de cuadrados entre la observaci\u00f3n y la media en cada nodo.<\/p><p>Las desviaciones absolutas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as. Este m\u00e9todo minimiza la desviaci\u00f3n absoluta promedio de la mediana dentro de un nodo. La ventaja de este m\u00e9todo sobre los m\u00ednimos cuadrados es que no es tan sensible a los valores at\u00edpicos y proporciona un modelo m\u00e1s robusto. La desventaja es la insensibilidad cuando se trata de conjuntos de datos que contienen una gran proporci\u00f3n de ceros.<\/p><p>CART en casos de clasificaci\u00f3n utiliza Gini Impurity en el proceso de dividir el conjunto de datos en un \u00e1rbol de decisi\u00f3n. Por otro lado, CART en casos de regresi\u00f3n utiliza m\u00ednimos cuadrados, las divisiones se eligen intuitivamente para minimizar la suma residual de cuadrados entre la observaci\u00f3n y la media en cada nodo.
